A new $200 million, 34.5 acre, mixed-use community is coming to Lake Mary and construction is set to start next week. Griffin Farms at Midtown will be an upscale town center on the southwest corner of Lake Mary Blvd and Longwood Lake Mary Road and is set to bring a little bit of everything – from shops and restaurants to homes and even a cow pasture.
