A Performance & Payment bond guarantees the performance work according to the contract and guarantees that certain workers, subs & suppliers will be paid. Performance & Payment bond are required quite regularly, especially for jobs over $200,000. If an owner is requesting a P&P Bond, fill out this form and send to us!
