Jeff has been a successful surety bond agent in Central Florida since 1985. Previously, Jeff was a surety Bond Field Supervisor for 6 years at the St. Paul Companies. He has enjoyed working with an ever-growing client base and has an excellent reputation for solving tough bond problems. Jeff has worked hard to build strong relationships with both contractors and sureties to deliver competitive bonding with integrity at Florida Surety Bonds.

Don has vast experience in the Surety Industry. He has a Finance Degree from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from Xavier University. Don launched his surety career in 1977 with Cincinnati Insurance, and was an agent with Brown & Brown in Daytona Beach, FL from 1983-2005. He has established valuable relationships with excellent contractors and outstanding sureties. We are very pleased to have him on our team.

Susan enjoys setting up competitive bonding programs to help contractors grow their business! She has an extensive background in Finance. Susan earned her BA in Economics/Business at Gustavus Adolphus College and her MBA from the Crummer School at Rollins College. Susan brings tremendous enthusiasm, energy, and analytical skills to Florida Surety Bonds!

Kim is a knowledgeable agent who has been bonding contractors since 1997. She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, with a Bachelor of Science & Business Administration in Marketing. A licensed Florida agent, she also finished at the top of her class at the NASBP William J. Angell Level II Surety School. Kim is proficient at solving bond problems for both established contractors and start-ups, whether your need is first-time, back-up or a quick, competitive analysis of your current program. Her job is to make bonding easy for you.

Cheryl began her surety career in 2000. She is a licensed agent who has completed the NASBP William J. Angell Level II Surety School. Cheryl has a can-do attitude, and enjoys building relationships with contractors and sureties alike. Call Cheryl to discuss surety options. She will turn your new submission around quickly.

Leslie is a former math teacher and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. She joins us in the Account Management/Client Service area. Leslie’s analytical and organizational skills will complement your bonding program. Leslie’s pleasant demeanor and easy laugh will make it easy to do business with us!

Teresa is an experienced Account Manager who focuses on client satisfaction! Her organizational and computer skills will be an asset to your bonding program. She will always greet you with a cheerful and pleasant personality!

Patsy has been in the surety bond industry since 1994. She has construction contract analysis skills and has handled a wide variety of bonds, some in excess of $50,000,000. Patsy's sparkling personality and bond knowledge ensures good rapport with top sureties and outstanding client service.

Jan has been a FSB Client Services Specialist since 2000. She pleasantly answers your questions and turns bonds around quickly! She is one of the most cheerful people you'll ever meet, but she's not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the tough jobs done.

Lisa joined us in 2001 and is a Client Services Specialist. She grew up in Nebraska and is an avid Cornhusker fan. Lisa has an accounting background and enjoys working with clients. Lisa always greets you with a smile.

Gloria started with Florida Surety Bonds as an Account Manger in January 2007. She has a Business Degree from Florida Southern College and in August 2007, she completed and received her certificate from the William J. Angell Surety School. She has worked in the insurance industry for many years, most of which was in an underwriting capacity. Glorias abilities and problem solving skills, combined with her optimistic and caring attitude make it a pleasure to work with her on a day to day basis.

Donna has been employed with Florida SuretyBonds as Receptionistsince 2007. She has worked in the surety bond industry for over 25 years, mainly in the Miscellaneous Bond capacity. Donna's customer service skills and surety experience are an asset to our agency. Her friendly voice and attitude make it a pleasure to contact Florida Surety Bonds for your surety needs.

Anita began her surety career in 2002 working with Don Bramlage as a Client Services Specialist and is pleased to work with a variety of clients in the Daytona Beach office. She's originally from Alabama and has her Bachelors from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. Anita has a "can-do" attitude!
